Texas TSA offers two conferences per year:
- The Annual State Leadership Conference focuses on leadership development, teambuilding, problem solving, and TSA basics. The conference is developed by the State Officer Team and is held the first week of December at the Texas Lion’s Club Camp in Kerrville, Texas. Highlights of the conference include:

- The Annual Cardboard Canoe Regatta
- American Cancer Society Bingo Night
- Lone Star and Texan Exam
- The Texas TSA State Contest is held each April. In 2018 the conference will be held at the Fort Worth Convention Center. TSA chapters across Texas compete in both Unique to Texas events and the National Qualifying events. To compete at the State Contest, students must qualify at their Regional Contest and be in good standing. Highlights of the State Contest include:
